1.What are flexible spending and health savings accounts?

Flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to put aside money (non-taxable) for particular health care expenses. Unsure If you have an FSA or HSA? Check with your employer or insurance company.

2. What can I use my FSA or HSA to purchase?

KEAGAN eyewear accepts FSA and HSA dollars for all prescription eyewear purchases (including single vision glasses, prescription sunglasses, progressives, and readers) as long as your FSA or HSA card is affiliated with a major credit card. Your FSA or HSA may also be able to cover the cost of our prescription check. Check with your provider to see if you're qualify!

3. My prescription expired. Is that covered?

Find out if you are eligible for our in-store prescription check.  Then double check with your provider to see if they cover our prescription check costs. If they cover and you're qualified, come visit one of our locations!

4. Can I return my glasses if purchased with FSA or HSA funds?

We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our glasses. While we are more than happy to exchange your glasses or refund you, we recommend checking with your provider before requesting a refund. Some FSA plans require you to use your funds during a specific time period. Some funds may be forfeited if you request a refund.
