Return & Cancellation Policy

 

You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the glasses to call us for a return authorization if you want to return any non-prescription items for any reason.  This excludes orders paid with full or partial Store Credit. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you made a mistake during the order, or you just don’t like the glasses, you can return them for a 50% refund (excluding shipping) to the credit or debit card or PayPal account.

Any unused accessories can be returned for a 100% refund (excluding shipping).

We will replace/repair broken frames at no charge during this 30-day warranty period due to manufacturing defect.

Replacement nose pads and nose pad screws for frames are offered for the lifetime of the glasses, please visit one of our locations for those replacements.  We do not provide replacement via mail.

If you feel there has been a manufacturing error, please contact us for a return label/authorization to return the glasses for inspection within the 30-day warranty period from time of receiving glasses. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge. If our inspection shows the glasses were made correctly or no defects are found, standard return options will be applicable for glasses within warranty period.

Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating and photochromic films are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to the frames, lenses, or coatings.

Changes to Order or Cancellation of Order

After placing your order, you will have twenty-four (24) hours to make changes/update the order information you have provided (prescription, PD, frame, lens, etc.) If you order is not in process, you are able to cancel the order and be issued a refund.

After this twenty-four (24) hour period, you will not be able to change or update your order information.  DigiVision Optical is not responsible for any data entry errors that you may have made when submitting your order information. If you have any changes after the order is in process please contact us to being the return process as stated over. If you wish to change something on your order after 24 hours of placing it, and the order has not yet shipped, you may cancel the order and Standard return options will apply.
